Watermelon Chia Mocktail

Cool and refreshing on a hot summer day, plus chia seeds for heart healthy fats and fiber!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1-1/2 cups water warm
  • 2-3 cups watermelon diced
  • 2 limes juiced

Instructions

  • In a small pitcher, combine chia seeds and warm water. Set aside.
  • Place watermelon in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add watermelon purée and lime juice to the pitcher. Serve chilled or add ice. Garnish with mint.
