Low FODMAP Smoothie
- 1 cup strawberries frozen
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 handful spinach raw
- 3 Tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 cup almond milk
- In blender, add strawberries, banana, spinach, hemp hearts, almond milk. Blend until smooth.
