As REBEL Dietitians we have over 40 years of nutrition counseling experience combined. We love coming to work each day, meeting with clients of all ages and diverse backgrounds and meeting as a team of REBEL Dietitians to stay up to date on the latest research and information. We enjoy finding fun activities to do with our clients in session to help you achieve your nutrition, health and weight goals.

We love when clients come into the office and we get to hear their stories for the first time, it is so incredible to hear people’s inspiring journeys. We also love when the first session has ended and our clients have learned something new, have tangible goals they are excited to put into place and they leave the office with hope and inspiration they never thought possible. This is what makes nutrition counseling as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist one of the best things in the world!

We knew we had great information to give, clients were happy and seeing results, and we felt good about the care we were providing. We are food-loving, life-loving Registered Dietitian Nutritionists and it only feels right to counsel how we live.

As REBEL Dietitians we wanted everyone to have a Taste of the Sweet REBELLION and take a bite into something different that you may have never thought of. We were tired of seeing the diet industry causing so much distress for people worldwide and we took a stand. We were inspired to write our workbook Taste the Sweet REBELLION to help people everywhere build confidence in their eating and develop a health relationship with food. It was time to change the conversation around the dinner table to that of body empowerment and positive discussions about food. This book is for you if you are sick and tired of dieting, not getting the results you want, and feeling trapped by food rules.
