Here is what Alex’s clients are saying:
“Alex was super nice. I will admit, I had some concern when she seemed young but not long after I could clearly tell she knew her stuff. She seemed to ask every possible question to get a comprehensive understanding of my past and present eating habits as well as where I’d like to go in the future. She made me feel very comfortable and I was able to open up about a lot of the things I typically don’t feel comfortable talking about. I think this was important because I believe I’ll take her recommendations more seriously knowing she takes the time to seriously analyze me and my goals. I hate cookie cutter doctors/therapists and Alex did a great job of making me feel like she was prepared to help in any way I needed.”
“It is a pleasure to give positive feedback. Alex was personable and professional. She displayed a caring attitude and imparted useful information on living with diabetes. It was a pleasant and helpful session. I appreciate her sharing her knowledge with me as well as her ability to put me at ease.”
