Individual Counseling includes:

• One hour consultation
• 30 minute follow-up consultations (weekly, biweekly or monthly)

Counseling Packages:

Wellness Package

This get started package includes 3 visits:

• Initial Consultation
• Two Follow-Up Appointments
• All for $260 (All appointments must be used within 60 days)

Senior Package
(For senior citizens 65 years and older)

This package includes:

• Initial Appointment
• 2 Follow-Up Appointments
• All for $165 (All appointments must be used within 90 days)

Follow-Up Packages

This option is available after your first consultation:

• 3 Follow-Up Appointments: $180 (All appointments must be used within 8 weeks)
  
• 6 Follow-Up Appointments: $330 (All appointments must be used within 4 months)
  
• 12 Follow-Up Appointments: $600. This package includes a free RMR Test (All appointments must be used within 8 months)

*All packages are non-refundable and all visits must be used within the stated time period.

Online Counseling

We are now offering our clients the convenience of online services. We are members of the Nutrition Advisors' Network through BitWine. You can have face-to-face meetings with your Registered Dietitian from the privacy of your home or office via computer chat, voice or video.

Email Support, Phone Consultations and Coaching

These new services have been added for your convenience. These programs are designed to encourage your success, help you stay focused, and are an efficient use of your time to help meet your nutrition goals.

Payment for these services are available online through PayPal. Please call or email us for further information or to schedule an appointment.

Email Support - Weekly $25 Weekly email communication with your Registered Dietitian. Dietitian will read all of your emails and respond to you once per week. $25 Charge covers 1 month of service.

Email Support - Intensive $120 Intensive email communication with your Registered Dietitian. Dietitian will read all of your emails and respond up to 5 times per week. $120 Charge covers 1 month of service.

Phone Support $225 Weekly 30 minute phone consultations with your Registered Dietitian. $225 Charge covers 1 month of service.

Phone Support - Intensive $175 Initial consultations designed for the homebound or those that live far away.
