REBEL Dietitians

Why are we REBEL Dietitians?

On an almost daily basis I always get asked by clients who come into our office for nutrition counseling, so what exactly is a REBEL Dietitian? Even Registered Dietitians I meet at conferences or connect with on social media are always intrigued by the REBEL Dietitian name.

A REBEL Dietitian is defined as one who breaks free from the typical diet plan nutrition counseling and aligns counseling advice with client values and goals. We know there is no one size fits all weight loss program for clients and we want to help people TASTE the Sweet REBELLION and break free from diet prison once and for all. As REBEL Dietitians we are in this for the long haul and we want our clients to see sustainable, actual results from our personalized approach to nutrition counseling.

We were frustrated seeing client after client coming into our office feeling defeated after following numerous diet programs, looking for the “perfect” solution that only left them right back where they started! As REBEL Dietitians we know that 95% of weight lost through dieting is regained and diets are unrealistic and unsustainable, but of course due to the booming diet industry, our clients were being told otherwise.

As Registered Dietitian Nutritionists we have all the knowledge and research about what truly works when it comes to health, nutrition and weight goals.  As REBEL Dietitians we can work with clients in a manageable, sustainable way –providing this research with actual take-aways of what you can do to see results that last. We enjoy working with clients to make nutrition counseling fun while breaking free from diet prison and abolishing outdated food rules. I love helping clients learn how to fit in their favorite foods, enjoy meals at restaurants and social settings and not be burdened by thoughts of calories and weight. Being a REBEL Dietitian combines our fun approach with the facts to provide you the best care possible.
