A Stronger You: Sports Nutrition Counseling

A Stronger You Sports Nutrition Program was created for active individuals of all levels–beginners, competitive athletes, frequent gym goers–who have the end goal of improving performance. Our REBEL Dietitian, Alex, takes an individualized approach when making her nutritional recommendations for her A Stronger You clients. Whether you are just getting started with training or you are an advanced competitor, you will receive appropriate recommendations from a registered dietitian who will help you achieve your athletic goals.

Alex has both a personal and professional investment in running. She is a marathon runner herself, so she has spent countless hours researching evidence based practice for improving running performance through nutrition. She has practiced these tips for her own races and can help you find what works best for you. This program is ideal for those who are participating in a race in the upcoming months. Whether you are hoping to set a PR or are excited to be running in your first race, this program can help you feel stronger than ever at the start and at the finish line!
