Before Cancer

Maybe you don’t have cancer, but have a family history of this disease? Klara can help you stay healthy and strong with easy and healthy recipes and tips. She can also help you manage other chronic disease (like diabetes, heart disease, etc) to help decrease your risk of being diagnosed with cancer in the future.

During Cancer


If you have been diagnosed with cancer, Klara can help you stay nourished during treatment,  and help you keep your strength up with easy recipes filled with antioxidants and other nutrients to help you fight cancer. She can also provide evidenced based information on supplements and food products that may help you during treatment. Klara will coordinate between doctors and health care professional to assist with management of enteral nutrition (Tube Feeding) or parenteral nutrition to make sure you are getting the right nutrition for you. Klara has tips and tricks to help with side effects from cancer treatment, like changes in taste and smell, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite and many more. She will develop a diet prescription plan that is simple, realistic and nourishing for during treatment. Need help meal prepping during treatment? Klara can come to your house and help you prepare healthy and delicious meals for the week.

After Cancer

As a cancer survivor, you want to make sure you give your body the best fighting chance, to decreasing your risk of cancer recurring. Klara can help you learn about how to fuel your body with those healthy foods, that taste delicious too!
