We just wanted to remind everyone that we are still conducting FREE weight loss support groups on Saturdays, both for people on the Take Shape For Life program as well as those who just want to lose weight. We have had a great turnout the past couple of weeks and we really encourage you to come!
Here are the dates and topics of the next couple of meetings:
10/16: Understand the two core principles of weight loss through energy management
10/30: Making your environment weight-loss ready
11/13: The importance of keeping a journal and planning your day
Each session is from 10-11am
The sessions are lead by Registered Dietitian and Registered Health Coach, Kathy Kendall and are guided by Dr. A’s Habbits of Health.
