Sometimes, to accomplish goals we create for ourselves and overcome obstacles, we need the help of others to get us through. All of us at Rebecca Bitzer and Associates have decided to set goals and hold ourselves accountable and we would like you to join us! For the rest of January we challenge you to set food-related goals for yourself and use our support to accomplish them, and we will lean on you too. Post your goals here and on our Facebook page.
Rebecca’s Goals: 1. Try at least one new healthy food/week 2. Prepare and eat a home-cooked meal at least 3x/week
Kait’s Goals: 1. Drink more water each day 2. Take the time to pack a healthy lunch for work
What are your goals?

Yogurt is a great source of probiotics and calcium and is therefore a very healthy option to include as part of a meal or snack. However, some yogurts, even the fat free kind can be loaded with sugar or other fake ingredients. Stonyfield Farm Organic Yogurt is another story. With an short ingredient list of only cultured, pasteurized organic nonfat milk, pectin, vitamin D3 and an exclusive blend of six live active cultures, Stonyfield Yogurt is a product we are confident recommending. There pure, organic fat free and low fat yogurt is a creamy add in to cereal or fruit. The B-Well organic low fat yogurt contains live probiotic cultures that help support immune health, super fruits and vitamins B6 and D. B-Healthy organic low fat yogurt allows you to get both B vitamins and omega-3s in a delicious way.

Stonyfield believes that food products should contain food and nothing else. “Healthy food, healthy people, healthy planet.” Because their yogurt is organic, it’s made without artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners, and it’s made from organic milk produced without the use of toxic persistent pesticides, chemical fertilizers, antibiotics, or artificial growth hormones. Through their purchases of organic ingredients, annually they support over 180,000 acres of organic land.
Try some the next time you are in the store! This is definitely the most flavorful, creamy yogurt I have tried to date!
